Shipping and Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

  • At OzSox, we process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. We use Australia Post for shipping within Australia. Depending on your preference, you can choose standard or express shipping. Standard shipping generally takes 2-8 business days, while express shipping delivers even faster, usually within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. To track your order, use the provided tracking number on the Australia Post website. If you encounter any issues or have questions, our customer support is ready to assist.

I think my order has been lost/hasn’t been delivered?

  • If you suspect that your order is lost or experiencing delays, please contact our customer support at support@ozsox.au. We take such concerns seriously and will promptly investigate the status of your shipment to provide assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we only ship within Australia. Our focus is on providing excellent service to our local customers. If there are changes to our shipping destinations in the future, we will update our policies accordingly.

Can I change my shipping address?

  • If your order has not yet been shipped you can absolutely change the shipping address. However, once the order is in transit, address changes may not be possible, so prompt communication is essential. Please email support@ozsox.au quoting your order number and your shipping address.

 

Product Questions

Are your socks one-size-fits-all?

  • Yes, our socks are one size fits all which fits shoe sizes 7-11 US.

Can I suggest new designs or collaborations?

  • We love to hear from our customers! If you have design suggestions or are interested in collaboration opportunities, please give us an email through support@ozsox.au, and we'll be more than happy to discuss it further.

How should I wash my socks?

We recommend hand or machine washing your socks in cold water.

  • Avoid mixing with other colours
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron.

What materials are OzSox made from?

  • Our socks are made from a 80% premium blend of cotton, 15% polyester, and 5% spandex to provide comfort, durability, and a perfect fit.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my socks?

  • Yes, your order can be returned for an exchange or refund if it is lacking quality and also provided it is returned within 30 days from placing your order. All items must be un-used and it's in new condition.

    Send our team an email to support@ozsox.au quoting your order number and items you wish to return and we will be happy to assist you.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

  • When the exchanged items have been inspected and approved for a refund, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to reach your account.

How long until my return is processed?

  • Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse and is inspected by our team, we will either refund you or immediately send out your exchanged socks.
