Returns and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@ozsox.au, and our customer service team will assist you right away. Please include your full name, the email used for your purchase, and your order number.
At OzSox, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we’ve made our returns and exchange process simple and hassle-free.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.Â
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your socks back at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund (excluding original postage costs). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. After inspecting the item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank statement, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as there could be delays or holds.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please email us at support@ozsox.au for instructions.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
