Refunds and Exchanges Policy

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone past since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We can only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. Your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to refund or exchange your item for a new one, please send us an email though support@ozsox.au. To complete your return or exchange, we also require you to show a receipt or a proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After we have inspected your item and then we will send you an email informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t yet received your refund, we first recommend checking your bank statement, as it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected. If you still haven't received the refund after this period, please contact your bank directly to ensure there are no issues on their end, as there are often processing delays or potential holds. If you have done all of this and still not received your refund please contact our customer support team through support@ozsox.au

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should email us through support@ozsox.au

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you would like to have security when shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
